TRANSPARENCY Hello friends, Can you define term called “Transparency”?. Its easy to define as no barriers between you and reality. In school days we learnt about glass being a transparent object which allow light to pass through it. Today I am going take you to a level where transparency have become on of the most important and difficult task to sustain. We are well versed of situation where people say competition was not transparent, they did partiality etc, During job appraisal the boss didn’t give a transparent decision etc. When we apply this term to our professional life, then we suffer in many situations on hands of superior people than us as discussed in above situations. Hello guys.. I am so happy about my last blogs and all your comments.. Today i am  back with another critical issue. I am criticizing the current scenario so those who dont like the tone of writing please focus on content rather than tone.           Its very easy to explain the said topic with an example. There were two engineering students; a boy and a girl. Both of them came from very good family  background and were bold by nature.
